The Irish Healthcare Centre Awards are now in their sixth year; they aim to recognise achievements in our healthcare services.
For the first time the 2018 Awards include a category of *Department Initiative – Child Health and Wellbeing* sponsored by the Katharine Howard Foundation.

To enter the awards – or nominate another initiative you need to:
- Complete the short online form on the above website
- Submit a 1000 word entry statement covering the headings outlined in the criteria
- Submit up to 4 A4 pages of charts, diagrams, photographs, quotes, etc. in support to your nomination
